Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse upfit projects, data center installations, and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Pay Range
$30-$34 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
- Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance according to project specifications and codes.
- Manage warehouse upfit projects, including layout, conduit runs, and power distribution.
- Oversee data center electrical work, including power systems, grounding, and cable management.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and report to project managers.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial environments.
- Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with warehouse upfit projects and data center electrical work.
- Ability to manage multiple employees and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
