Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical installations for Highrise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising electrical work on Highrise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Pay Range
$40-$50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on highrise construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Manage and schedule electrical subcontractors and in-house electricians.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including progress reports and change orders.
- Ensure all electrical installations are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in Highrise construction.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid electrical license or certification is preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
