Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for medium‑voltage (MV) service and construction work. This role is responsible for crew leadership, safety, material coordination, installation quality, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Pay Range
$130k-$150k per year
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews performing MV work, including duct banks, underground distribution, switchgear installation, gear terminations, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to support efficient daily operations.
- Maintain schedules, review daily progress, and ensure all work aligns with project requirements and electrical codes.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct tailgate meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance across all job sites.
- Collaborate with project managers on planning, sequencing, change orders, and resolving field issues.
- Maintain job documentation such as daily reports, time tracking, delivery logs, and safety records.
- Support quality control by reviewing installations, identifying issues early, and ensuring final deliverables meet required standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction, including medium‑voltage distribution (5–35kV).
- Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of MV systems, switchgear, cable installation, grounding, and distribution equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, site plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel across DFW job sites.
- OSHA‑30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred
- Experience with mission‑critical, utility, or data‑center environments.
- Familiarity with digital field documentation tools (Procore or similar).
- Experience coordinating multi‑trade fieldwork on complex projects.
