Pay Range
$20.00per
· Must be available to work 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday at minimum.
· Incredibly competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience.
· Must be able to pass a Drug Test.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
· Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Install solar panels,
· Perform site assessments to determine the optimal placement for solar panels.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Ensure systems are installed according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed systems.
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
· Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work activities.
· Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
