Pay Range
$60k-$88k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various job sites within the region to oversee and manage construction projects.
- Balance fieldwork with office duties, including design and construction management tasks.
- Learn and adapt to the company culture and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Meet tight schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and common sense.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commercial instincts and a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
- Ability to handle hectic and changing schedules and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for up to three years.

- This position offers a clear path to move into the Project Manager training program, providing a balanced experience in both design and construction management.
Compensation:
- $60k-88k Per Year (This is a Salaried Position)
