Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team for an exciting project in College Station, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct installation of materials, layout of equipment, and quality assurance across all components of the job. This position requires hands-on experience in mechanical trades, plumbing, pipefitting, and electrical work.

Pay Range
$25-$35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct installation of materials
- Layout of equipment and material (HUGE importance)
- Identify and manage RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Track and report contractual changes
- Provide quality assurance and control across all job components
- Resolve and predict issues that may arise
- Anchor and bolt down equipment according to design specifications
- Oversee concrete pour and structural phases
- Perform material take-offs
- Conduct quality control and inspections
- Strong knowledge of contractual agreements
- Line and grade layout
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of direct and hands-on experience in a Mechanical Field (MEP)
- Prior experience in equipment and material layout
- Quality control and inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of contractual agreements
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player mentality
