Pay Range
$20-$24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety concerns.
- Report findings and safety issues to the Safety Lead.
- Break down projects to assess and mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage and complete safety-related paperwork.
- Observe and learn about construction processes to enhance safety measures.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Prior experience in construction, with a focus on safety.
- Electrical background is a plus.
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with team members.
- A caring and protective attitude towards ensuring the safety of others.
- Experience on job sites and a strong desire to protect people.
Ideal Candidate:
- Actively engaged in site safety with a hands-on approach.
- Not necessarily a safety expert, but willing to learn and grow in the role.
- Passionate about creating a safe work environment for all employees.
- Previous Electrical Experience
