Pay Range
$39 per hour
QLM is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Safety Manager to support and promote the company’s culture of safety excellence at active job sites. The Field Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving safety programs to ensure full compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards.
This role requires on-site presence at construction projects, collaboration with field teams, and a hands-on approach to hazard recognition and mitigation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- OSHA 30 Certification required; CHST or CSP a plus.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA, ANSI standards, and best practices in construction safety.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel and work on-site at project locations as required.
