Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The Finish Carpenter is responsible for completing high-quality interior woodwork and trim installations on residential and commercial projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret blueprints to ensure all finishing work meets company standards and client expectations.

Pay Range
$20-$26 per hour
The Finish Carpenter will perform detailed carpentry work including installation of doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, stair railings, paneling, and other interior trim elements. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship skills, experience with hand and power tools, and a commitment to delivering superior finished products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, and other finish elements
- Install doors, windows, stair components, and hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure precise alignment and proper fit of finished materials
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades
