Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Form Carpenters to support a long‑term construction project in Delhi, LA. This position is responsible for building, setting, aligning, and stripping concrete form systems for structural work. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with form carpentry, can work efficiently in a high‑production environment, and is comfortable working extended hours on a travel schedule. This role offers steady work plus overtime. $50/ 7 day per Diem Lodging provided Plus 3 meals a day

Pay Range
$22- $25 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Build, install, align, and dismantle concrete formwork systems for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and structural components
- Work with various form systems including wood forms, panel forms, and gang forms
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate form construction
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using appropriate hand and power tools
- Ensure forms are properly braced, secured, and positioned to specification prior to concrete placement
- Assist with coordination of concrete pours and stripping activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform physically demanding tasks while working long shifts in outdoor and job‑site conditions

- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability on a long‑term travel assignment
- Adapt to job‑site changes and project schedules as needed

Skills Desired
- Proven experience as a Form Carpenter on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete formwork systems (wood forms, gang forms, panel systems, etc.)
- Ability to build, set, align, and strip forms accurately and efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans
- Experience working with hand and power tools related to form carpentry
- Understanding of concrete placement, pours, and finishing coordination
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
- Ability to work long hours and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness and ability to travel for long‑term assignments
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented work ethic
