Job Summary
General Laborers assist with a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations at job sites, warehouses, or facilities. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, basic tool use, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety. Prior experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training is often provided. $18.00 hourly

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (as needed)
- Support skilled workers and supervisors with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors and/or in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience a plus, but not required (we will train)
Physical & Technical Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing for long periods)
- Loading and unloading materials
- Basic hand and power tool use
- Equipment operation (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
- Site cleanup and debris removal
- Basic maintenance and assembly
