Job Summary
Quality Labor Management (QLM) is currently building a team of dependable General Laborers for upcoming construction cleanup projects. We are seeking hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in construction environments and assisting crews with site cleanup and basic labor tasks. This position is ideal for candidates with construction experience who are looking for steady opportunities as new projects become available.

Pay Range
$13-$17 per hour
General Labor Duties May Include:
- Performing construction site cleanup and debris removal
- Sweeping, trash removal, and maintaining a safe work area
- Assisting skilled trades and site supervisors as needed
- Moving materials, equipment, and supplies around the job site
- Loading and unloading tools and construction materials
- Removing scrap materials and disposing of waste properly
- Following safety guidelines and job site procedures
- Performing other general labor tasks as assigned
Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
PPE Requirements:
Workers must have or be willing to obtain standard construction PPE, including:
- Hard hat
- Safety vest
- Work gloves
- Safety glasses
- Steel-toe or composite-toe work boots
