General Laborers needed for Construction cleanup. To include removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials from active or finished construction sites to ensure safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing walls, cleaning windows, and sanitizing surfaces, often working in stages from rough,, to final, pre-occupancy cleaning to prepare spaces.

Pay Range
$18.00 per hour
Construction Cleanup Worker is responsible for transforming a messy, active building site into a safe, polished, and move-in-ready environment
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Debris Removal: Clearing wood, metal, plastic, and other scrap materials from the site.
- Surface Cleaning: Dusting, washing, and sanitizing walls, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and countertops.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning, polishing, or scrubbing surfaces to remove residue.
- Window and Glass Cleaning: Removing stickers, paint, and adhesive residue from windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- General Labor Assistance: Organizing materials, assisting tradespeople, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
