Job Summary
General Laborers needed for TDCJ Prison project in Teague, TX. Will need to be able to pass TDCJ background check. 40-50+ hours per week (Monday – Friday 10 hour days)

Qualifications of a General Laborer:
• 1+ year of experience in a general laborer role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in
various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities of a General Laborer:
• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, loading and unloading materials,
and site cleanup.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Assist tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
