QLM is hiring a highly skilled and experienced General Contractor Superintendent immediately to oversee our ongoing Port St. Lucie, FL project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale multi-family and commercial construction projects.

Pay Range
$40 to $45 per hour
QLM is hiring a highly skilled and experienced General Contractor Superintendent immediately to oversee our ongoing Port St. Lucie, FL project.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction activities on the job site
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Compensation:
- Starting pay rate of $40/hour
- Potential for truck allowance based on experience and distance
- Incentive programs
- We offer PTO after 6 months of consecutive work
- Benefits will be provided after 6 months
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 consecutive years of experience as a General Contractor Superintendent
- Proven experience in managing large-scale multi-family and commercial projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability
- Must be able to pass a second interview
