Job Summary
Hardworking and dependable Ground Laborer with experience supporting construction, roadwork, landscaping, and utility crews by performing a variety of physical labor tasks. Assists with site preparation, equipment setup, material handling, and general clean-up to ensure safe, efficient, and productive work environments. Follows all safety protocols and instructions from supervisors and works well as part of a team in fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.

Pay Range
$22-$26 per hour
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, loading, and material handling on job sites.
Set up and take down work zones, traffic control signs, cones, and barricades.
Assist equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as needed.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or utility work preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and site safety practices.
