Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Property Inspector to evaluate guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, safety, and overall guest readiness. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or hotel operations experience and a strong eye for detail.

Work Environment:
- Indoor hotel environment with frequent walking between guest rooms and common areas
- Fast-paced hospitality setting requiring attention to deadlines and standards
- Interaction with hotel staff, management, and occasionally guests
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, hallways, common areas, and hotel facilities
- Evaluate cleanliness, maintenance conditions, furniture, fixtures, and overall presentation standards
- Identify damages, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or housekeeping deficiencies
- Document inspection findings accurately and submit reports to management
- Verify that rooms meet hotel brand standards and guest readiness requirements
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure corrective actions are completed
- Perform follow-up inspections on completed repairs or cleaning concerns
- Monitor inventory conditions and report missing or damaged items
- Assist with quality assurance initiatives and operational improvement efforts
