Job Summary
Position Summary: Perform skilled, complex work on the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, exhaust fans, economizers, unit and radiant heaters.

Pay Range
$30-$35 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and final repairs on all HVAC units and related
equipment.
• Respond to HVAC service calls directed by Branch Manager/Operations Manager.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, maintain, and service a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Clean and remove dust, dirt, and debris from clogged HVAC systems.
• Recommend and order necessary purchase equipment and maintain work order recordkeeping from
initiation to completion.
• Work and assist other maintenance employees in responding to emergencies and resolve work related
issues.
• Maintain accurate records for labor, materials, work order completion, project orders, manufacture’s
technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, and other maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with team, vendors, and associates with professionalism to resolve issues
that arise.
• Respond to service issues on fleet equipment as needed including, but not limited to; door
repairs, plumbing issues, roof issues, vandalism repairs, security installation or removal, tile repairs,
etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Clean MVR required
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Average computer knowledge
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of maintenance/construction experience required.
• HVAC Certification or degree from accredited training continuing education facility including, but not
limited to: universities, colleges, technical colleges, vocational schools, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with both customers, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Excellent problem solving and detail-oriented skills.
• Basic mechanical skills to work on vehicles
