Pay Range
$25.00 per hour
Reports to: Project Manager
Work Environment: You will be working in a fast paced field construction environment. Ability to think on your feet, multitask, and address both internal and external client concerns is a must
Expected Hours of Work: Normally, our starting time is around 7am and we end the day between 3pm-4pm. This can vary dramatically in the Summer months.
Travel: Travel to job sites around Arizona. Given the location of certain jobs, overnight travel may be required

Preferred Education & Experience: H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent is required. Ability to utilize common sense, logic, combined with a take charge, ownership mentality is more important than formal schooling. Positive, optimistic outlook is a must
- Responsibilities:
- • Perform assigned chiller maintenance and troubleshooting task safely in industrial and commercial settings including manufacturing/processing, healthcare buildings, educational buildings, etc.
- • Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various types of chillers including air and water-cooled scroll, screw and centrifugal chillers.
- • Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment systems
- • Oversee customer service needs including quoting/estimating time and material jobs
- • Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment primarily chillers but could include split systems, packaged rooftop units, cooling towers, and pumps, as needed
- • Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device
- • Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame
- • Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory
- • Assist with training and oversight of a small team of technicians
- • Participate in and attend specialized safety and equipment training programs when provided.
- Requirements:
- • 5 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting industrial and commercial chillers systems
- • Experience performing service and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
- • Understand all aspects of HVAC equipment/systems service and repair including complaint resolution, sales and quoting
- • EPA universal certification
- • Analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to stand, squat, bend, climb, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
