Job Summary
QLM is currently seeking Pipefitters for a long-term project in Fletcher North Carolina. This position will last until July or longer. As a Pipefitter you will be helping with industrial retrofit throughout the plant.

Pay Range
$30-$36 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems in industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems.
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, and welding as required.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity and safety of piping systems.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter, with a focus on industrial retrofit projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pipefitting, specifically in industrial retrofit projects.
- Certification or apprenticeship in pipefitting or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
