Job Summary
Quality Labor Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Intermediate Technician to support an important Florida state agency in a hands-on, field-based role. Pay Range
$17 per hour
General Responsibilities
- Independently perform on-site testing to evaluate performance and quality standards
- Utilize specialized software and tools to process, store and analyze
- Prepare detailed reports for review
- Maintain testing vehicles, materials and equipment
- Log, track and prepare samples for lab testing
- Capacity to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Employer is willing to train
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow established lab procedures
- Ability to use computers and standard laboratory/engineering tools, instruments, and equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and quality review
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with others or independently to meet common goals
Preferred Skills
- Technical writing skills (clear documentation, reports, and correspondence)
- Basic mechanical/troubleshooting skills to address equipment issues
- Experience with concrete materials testing and/or lab QA practices (helpful but not required
