Pay Range
$18-$32 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Install; water, gas, waste, and other piping systems in commercial environments from start to finish of project
- Inspect structures, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passages within walls and floors.
- Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes
- Troubleshoot and test installed piping systems and pipelines.
- Assemble, install, maintain, or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and hardware.
- Promote, maintain and adhere to QLM standards and OSHA regulations
- Perform manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50lbs or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and safe work environment + Recognizing and correcting job site hazards
- Consistent focus on Safety, Productivity and Quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, preferably in a commercial construction or industrial settings
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and codes/regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

- Base Salary : $35,000 – $80,000 + per year !!!

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within the residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing industry
- Experience in layout and installation of all sizes of PVC, copper, acid waste, and cast iron pipe
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Must be available to work 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday at minimum
- Have plumbing specific hand tools
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test
- Ability to lift 50Ibs
