Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Laborer Foreman to manage labor needs across the Atlanta market for a General Contractor. The ideal candidate will have foreman or superintendent-level experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range
$80k to $90k per yr
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers and construction workers.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine work requirements.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
- Order or requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Record information such as personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms and reports.
- Communicate with project managers or engineers to discuss work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing labor needs for multiple projects.
- Familiarity with the Atlanta construction market.
- Knowledge of best practices in construction safety.
