Job Summary
We are currently recruiting certified crane operators with experience operating Hydraulic Lattice Boom Crawlers. This position requires the ability to work M-S 7am-5:30pm.

Pay Range
$32-$38 per hour
- Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience operating a lattice boom crane on commercial construction sites.
- NCCCO or NCCER certification.
- Knowledge to inspect cranes and recommend appropriate actions to maintain the crane in good working order.
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA requirements in connection with crane operation, including daily inspection log, focus on crane operation, and being able to safely hoist, move, and place materials and objects using appropriate attachments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and task-oriented.
- Physical ability to perform assigned crane-related tasks: prolonged sitting, walking, standing, and bending.
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks (lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds).
- Essential Functions
- Operators must also inspect and compare load weights with lifting capacity and load charts to ensure against overload.
- May assist in cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining mechanisms, such as pulleys, etc.
- Follow all required company and general safety rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report needed repairs.
- Work with various crews on job site(s) and communicate safely with hand signals.
- Perform general labor duties as needed.
- The above-listed duties may require long periods of sitting, walking, and standing.
