Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead administrative operations for our Orlando regional office. This full-time, salaried role supports the General Manager and Project Management team, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all office functions.

Pay Range
$75k-$85k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Support project administration: process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documents.
- Assist with financial tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll submissions, and invoice coding.
- Maintain compliance records, insurance certificates, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, personnel files, and E-Verify compliance.
- Track equipment, fleet logs, and maintain organized contract files.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in construction office management or senior project administration.
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Sage, Viewpoint) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume documentation.
- Knowledge of AIA billings, certified payroll, and lien waivers.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Notary Public commission preferred.
