Pay Range
$25-$30 per hour
- Proven experience as an equipment operator.
- Mini excavator and skid steer certifications are required.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and other equipment as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate work activities.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
