Job Summary
QLM has a Client seeking a skilled part-time financial specialist to join the AP team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction, be proficient in QuickBooks, Outlook, and be familiar with processing checks, lien releases, and insurance.

Pay Range
$22-$25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Review and enter invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment via Quickbooks
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST, accounting software, and online platforms
