Job Summary
QLM is seeking a skilled Pipe Foreman to join our team on a long-term Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

Pay Range
$30-$35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily pipe installation activities
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of PVC, HDPE, ductile iron, and concrete pipe
- Assign tasks and oversee a crew of pipe layers, laborers, and equipment operators
- Ensure trench safety, dewatering, and compaction meet project and OSHA standards
- Track daily production, material usage, and equipment needs
- Coordinate with project management and inspectors for scheduling and testing
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of piping or underground utility experience
- 2+ years of foreman or leadership experience on civil or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in setting grades, using pipe lasers, and reading plans
- Knowledge of water/wastewater systems, pressure testing, and tie-ins
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
