Assist Project Managers in the Electrical Department

Pay Range
$50-65,000 per year
Prep/Complete/Submit pay apps monthly– including required lien releases and waivers
Update invoice spreadsheet
Permitting and scheduling inspections
- Includes registering with municipalities and maintaining required annual documentation
Prequalification’s – initial and annual updates to required documents
Process Bid Invites (Invitations to bid)
- Create proposal folder on server
- Download and print required documents
- Update project tracking sheet & current CEP list
- Initial bid information
- Bid amount when complete
- Update Bid board
- Make bid file folder – file when complete
- Tag/File plans when complete
Create Client Job Folders on server
- Move bid documents to proper location
Create and maintain RED file folders for current jobs
- File documents as required
Set up job accounts with vendors
Request/Follow up with new vendors for W9/COI
Complete close out of project
- Warranty letter
- Request O&M’s from vendors
- Follow up with PM on required As-Builts
- Final retainage billing
Answer phones – distribute calls
Compile and distribute weekly job hours report to PM’s.
Mileage/Travel reimbursement approvals for jobs
- Read & Interpret blueprints and specifications
- Basic Math skills- addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication-written & oral
- Strong ability to multi tasking; prioritize and work well under pressure and meet deadlines
