Job Summary
QLM has a client seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and leadership. This role offers an opportunity to work with a well-established construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Pay Range
$85-$110k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to track project milestones
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, solving challenges proactively
- Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders
- Utilize construction management software and technology for efficient project tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in commercial construction
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of permitting, inspections, and safety regulations
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with all project stakeholders
