Pay Range
$25 – $35 per hour
- Oversee quality control as relates to daily site work and reporting to ensure compliance
- Manage daily quality control and document control operations in the field and office
- Verify project conformance with approved submittals and proper handling/storage of materials
- Ensure project teams follow their quality management plan
- Participate in meetings, conduct site visits and inspections
- Read and understand specifications, codes, and standards
- Identify and resolve problems promptly, analyze information effectively
- Experience with Quality Control Operations (QA/QC)
- Knowledge of Construction Standards and Best Practices
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Excellent analytical skills, organized, systematic, and effective in group problem-solving
- Ability to supervise performance and document daily progress
- Proficient in Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, MS Office
- Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in Plumbing Industry
