Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Repair Shop Foreman to lead a busy shop that services and repairs cryogenic trailers, tanks, and DOT‑regulated equipment. If you have strong experience inspecting and repairing semi‑tractors and trailers, this could be a great next step. Cryogenic experience is not required, training is provided.

Pay Range
$80k-$95k per year
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shop operations and assign work to technicians
- Supervise welders, mechanics, and helpers
- Ensure all work meets DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and ASME standards
- Perform inspections and maintain accurate repair documentation
- Keep workflow efficient and jobs on schedule
- Support customer visits and occasional field service travel
What You Bring
- Proven experience repairing DOT‑regulated tractors and trailers
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor a technical team
- Strong understanding of shop safety practices (PPE, LOTO, hot work, etc.)
- Ability to read procedures/blueprints and follow repair standards
- Willingness to learn cryogenic systems
