Rough Carpenters needed to work on a project at the NWFL Airport. Project starts in 2 weeks, you MUST provide your own tools. They will provide all necessary materials and any other items that are needed to this project.

Pay Range
$24.00 per hour
Rough Carpenters needed to build a large wooden wall; reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling wood framing, and installing structural elements to build sturdy, plumb, and level walls. This role requires proficiency with power tools, strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes, and the physical stamina to lift heavy materials.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Framing & Structure: Erecting wooden or metal skeletons for structures, including studs, joists, and rafters.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine layout and dimensions.
- Measurement & Cutting: Using tape measures, saws, and power tools to cut lumber, plywood, and other materials to precise specifications.
- Assembly: Assembling floor systems, roof framing, and installing rough window/door frames.
- Concrete Forms & Scaffolding: Building temporary wooden forms for pouring concrete and constructing scaffolding for high-rise or elevated work.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean job site, and ensuring all work meets local building codes.
