Job Summary
We are seeking OSHA 500-certified Safety Coordinators to join our team in Georgia. One position will be based in the Atlanta area, while the other will require statewide travel. These roles focus on ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture across commercial and industrial construction projects. Demolition experience and bilingual skills are highly desirable.

Pay Range
$40-$50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments on active job sites.
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for field personnel.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to maintain safety compliance throughout all phases of construction.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- OSHA 500 certification (required).
- 5–10 years of safety experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel within Georgia (required for one position).
Preferred Experience:
- Demolition experience (huge plus).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (huge plus).
- Familiarity with complex construction environments and multi-site projects.
