Job Summary
Detail-oriented and safety-driven Seal Coating and Striping Technician with experience applying asphalt sealant and performing pavement markings for commercial, residential, and municipal projects. Responsible for preparing surfaces, applying seal coat materials, and laying out and painting traffic lines, directional arrows, handicap symbols, and other pavement markings. Ensures work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Pay Range
$18-$23 per hour
Clean and prepare asphalt surfaces by removing debris, oil, and vegetation.
Apply seal coat evenly using spray systems or squeegees.
Lay out and stripe parking lots, roadways, and driveways according to specifications.
Use striping machines and stencils to paint lines, symbols, and signage.
Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety procedures, including traffic control and PPE usage.
Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule and with high-quality results.
Experience with seal coating equipment and striping machines.
Knowledge of traffic marking standards, layouts, and ADA compliance.
Ability to read site plans and perform accurate layout measurements.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to jobsite safety.
