SENIOR ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER | COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION | TEXAS We are hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager for a well-established commercial electrical contractor with an active and growing pipeline of large-scale projects across Texas, including data centers and mission-critical facilities. Location: DFW (Primary) | Austin | Houston — Texas residency required Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ | Vehicle Allowance | Per Diem ~$225/day | Full Benefits | 401(k)

$150k-$200k per year
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial electrical projects $20M+ from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules
- Serve as primary client and field liaison
- Drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery across active projects
What You Need:
- 10+ years commercial electrical construction experience
- Projects $20M+ — data center/mission-critical experience a strong plus
- Valid Texas Electrical License
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
- Stable career history with clear progression — no frequent job changes
- Must establish Texas residency
