Job Summary
Reliable and skilled Skid Steer Operator with hands-on experience in operating skid steer loaders to perform a variety of construction, excavation, and site preparation tasks. Responsible for safely moving materials, grading surfaces, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with general labor as needed. Operates machinery efficiently in various job site conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Pay Range
$24-28 per hour
Operate skid steer loaders to move earth, gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials.
Assist in site grading, trench backfilling, snow removal, debris cleanup, and landscaping.
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
Collaborate with ground crew and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Follow blueprints, site plans, and verbal instructions to achieve project specifications.
Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety of self and team members.
Proven experience operating skid steers in construction or landscaping environments.
Knowledge of skid steer attachments (buckets, forks, sweepers, augers, etc.).
Strong understanding of safety practices and equipment maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
