Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to support our Journeyman Commercial Carpenter with tasks including metal stud framing, acoustical ceiling installation, and safety railing setup. This role also includes general site cleanup and material handling. Ideal candidates will have basic construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Pay Range
$19-$22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenter with measuring, cutting, and installing metal studs, ceiling grids, and safety railings.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Perform general site cleanup including debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Support other trades and site personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
