We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Laborer to join our team in the Winston-Salem area. The ideal candidate will have experience using power tools and a tape measure, as well as possess a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Pay Range
$20-$23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up work sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Experience using power tools and a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
