Pay Range
$20-$26 per hour
Qualifications Structural Steel Erector – Installer
· Must be available to work 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday at minimum
· Incredibly competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience
· Must have reliable transportation
· Erect structural steel—beams, columns, joists—often at heights (30–50 ft)
· Use hand and power tools; clean and organize the site
· Follow OSHA/fall‑protection protocols; participate in safety briefings
· Bolt or weld connections, rig with cranes, operate hoists/scissor lifts
· Must be able to pass a Drug Test
· Good attitude and work well with others
Job Duration: Long term / Full Time for right candidate
Responsibilities of Structural Steel Erector – Installer
· Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the necessary amount of material required to complete projects
· Measure and cut material
· Operate all equipment necessary to complete projects including milling machines, saws, drills, etc
· Inspect and maintain material quality.
· Document and submit work orders as necessary.
· Work as a team with other employees to complete projects safely and efficiently
· Maintain a clean work area and perform regular housekeeping
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Previous ironworker/steel‑erector experience; ability to work at heights and operate lifts
· Strong reliability, safety focus, background-check eligible
