Pay Range
$70K-$130K per year
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project and Primavera.
- Must have the following certifications:
- NAVFAC/USACE Contractor Quality Control (CQM)
- EM 385-1-1 SSHO Training (40 hours)
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety
- CPR & First Aid
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict project deadlines.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a DBIDS base access credential or be able to obtain a DBIDS credential.
- Must be able to work 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday; some weekend work on approval.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and valid vehicle registration and insurance.
- Must be able to coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
- Maintain daily presence on site, manage and uphold productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, maintain CPM/bar chart schedules.
- Conduct weekly foreman meetings and biweekly progress meetings.
- Review plans and specifications for compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and NAVFAC reps.
- Develop and implent the QC plan per NAVFAC standards.
- Execute the three-phase control system (prep, initial, and follow up)
- Maintain submittal logs, deficiency logs, and as-built drawings.
- Certify work completion for payment requests.
- Prepare and enforce accident prevention plan and activity hazard analyses.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure safety compliance according to EM 385-1-1, OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, and NAVFAC safety standards.
- Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and maintain OSHA logs.
- Preform any duties as needed to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
