Mechanical Estimator

This candidate brings over 20 years of mechanical construction experience, with a strong background in HVAC, sheet metal, purchasing, operations, project management, and estimating. Previously, the candidate spent approximately 18 years with Swisher Heating overseeing purchasing, vendors, field crews, and material coordination. Since 2022, the candidate has worked with Tri-Mega Mechanical, moving from project management into estimating in 2023. Current responsibilities include detailed takeoffs, estimates, proposals, and general contractor coordination for approximately 40 projects annually, ranging from $5K to $3M. The candidate has experience with commercial HVAC and sheet metal projects, understands field operations as well as estimating, and is seeking approximately $130K annually. The candidate is not open to relocation or travel and can start two weeks after an offer.
