About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and insurance representatives, leading crews in the restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of restoration jobs from inspection through completion.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the project.
- Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance representatives to document damages and support the claim process.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate job records, work authorizations, photos, and job notes in line with company and industry standards.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections during and after restoration work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
- Sales Support: Assist in estimating and securing new jobs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT).
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build client trust.
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Availability: Ability to work after-hours or on-call as needed, especially during emergency response situations.
