Job Summary
Quality Labor Management is seeking an Office Support Coordinator to support a state transportation materials program based in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a full-time, in-office position in a professional office setting. Remote work and relocation assistance is not available.

$21 per hour
General Responsibilities
- Use technical writing skills to develop and modify technical Department documents.
- Assist the Product Evaluation staff with evaluating product technical documentation and testing reports in conformance with Department Standard Specifications.
- Provide support to ensure database information integrity, completeness, and reporting: Enter data into the Product Evaluation electronic database for the Approved Product List (APL)
- Collaborate with Department staff to refine workflows, update Department documents, and ensure information is current and accessible.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to Product Evaluation staff as needed.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills in:
- The use of a personal computer, including experience with Microsoft and database entry.
- Effectively communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to:
- Learn Department policies, manuals, and procedures.
- Learn basic engineering concepts, terminology, principles, and analytical techniques related to Product Evaluation activities.
- Manage diverse assignments simultaneously and track status of assignments.
- Learn to develop and interpret Department specifications and other technical documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
