SENIOR ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT | COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION | TEXAS We are hiring a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a well-established commercial electrical contractor with active large-scale projects across Texas, including data centers and mission-critical facilities. Location: DFW (Primary) | Austin | Houston — Texas residency required Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ | Vehicle Allowance | Per Diem ~$225/day | Full Benefits | 401(k) Schedule: Fully site-based

Pay Range

What You’ll Do:
- Provide field leadership on commercial electrical projects $20M+
- Direct and manage electricians, foremen, and crews
- Enforce safety, quality, and production standards on active job sites
- Coordinate daily field operations with the Project Manager
What You Need:
- 10+ years commercial electrical construction experience
- Projects $20M+ — data center/mission-critical experience a strong plus
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Apprentice Electrical License
- Stable career history with clear progression — no frequent job changes
- Must establish Texas residency
