Job Summary

Pay Range
$23-$27 per hour
We are actively seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for Delhi, LA to support a large‑scale, high‑production construction project. Concrete Finishers in this role will be responsible for all aspects of concrete placement and finishing, from form preparation through final surface treatment and curing. This position offers substantial weekly hours, competitive pay, daily per diem, meals, and lodging, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking steady work and strong earnings.
- Hourly Pay: $23–$27 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule- 6 days 10/12 hrs. per day
- Per Diem: $50 per day
- Meals: 3 meals per day (2 hot meals + 1 to‑go lunch)

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or heavy civil concrete work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power finishing equipment
- Ability to accurately judge surface levels and finishes
- Understanding of concrete curing times and environmental impacts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work long shifts and maintain productivity
- Team‑oriented with good communication skills
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Willingness to work 6 days per week, 10‑hour shifts
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid government-issued ID
- Must follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
- Reliable transportation to reporting location (lodging provided once on site)
