Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support asphalt paving and road maintenance operations. This position involves assisting crews with asphalt installation, repair work, site preparation, and general labor duties in outdoor construction environments.

Pay Range
$18.50 per Hour
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous construction, asphalt, paving, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Skills:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods
- Familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment
- Safety awareness and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
- Outdoor roadwork and construction environment
- Exposure to heat, asphalt fumes, dust, loud equipment, and changing weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking
- May require early mornings, overtime, weekends, or night work depending on project schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, resurfacing, and repair projects
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, grading, and removing debris or damaged materials
- Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely
- Shovel, rake, spread, and compact asphalt materials as directed
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Direct traffic or assist with work zone safety setup when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Support crew members with additional labor tasks as assigned
