Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimates for commercial construction, service work, and mission-critical projects. This role works closely with operations and field teams to ensure estimates align with execution strategies and profitability goals.

Pay Range
$95k-120k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs
- Prepare estimates for service work and commercial projects
- Develop labor and material pricing based on project requirements
- Analyze subcontractor bids and identify scope gaps
- Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams
- Support project handoff and maintain cost databases
Qualifications
- 6+ years of electrical estimating experience
- Commercial construction and/or service background
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and one-line diagrams
- Knowledge of NEC codes
- Experience with estimating software and Excel
- Strong organization and communication skills
Preferred
- Data center or mission-critical project experience
- Field leadership background
- Electrical license (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30
- Strong organization and communication skills
Compensation:
- $95k to $120k Per Year
- 10 days of PTO , 3 Sick Days, 9 Holidays , 4 weeks of PTO at 4 years.
