Job Summary
QLM has partnered with a growing client in San Antonio, TX to identify an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical construction. This role will oversee multiple high-value projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while driving schedule, budget, safety, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex, fast-paced projects with significant financial responsibility.

Pay Range
$110k-$125K per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical projects from planning through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and performance standards.
- Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with field leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Oversee construction progress, schedules, and field operations. To ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage project finances, including cost control, billing, and profitability.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000.
- Strong working knowledge of construction design, finance, scheduling, and project management practices.
- OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within six months of hire
- Journeyman’s License, Working Knowledge of Accubid Estimating Software
