Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: Perform general construction labor duties, including excavation, material handling, and supporting tradesmen. Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to uphold a secure work environment. Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Operate and maintain hand and power tools as necessary for assigned tasks. Lift and transport heavy materials and equipment, ensuring the proper handling and storage. Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
